PLEASE PLEASE HELP!

EDIT: Okay, so let me explain this more since I've got things a bit more under control. I was on MSN talking to my friend and he gave me this link. Little did I know it was a virus that another user sent him. Being stupid I click the link and it downloaded this picture that looked like a jpg. Then MSE turned off, and my MSN started lagging like crazy! I couldn't turn MSE back on so I rebooted. For some reason automatic updates were turned off. I scanned with MSE, it found a virus and a worm I ran Malwarebytes, it found 10 trojans. Killed them all. While this was running, MSE found 2 more trojans. I rebooted and ran them both, they didn't find anything, and my computer seems to be working better now. I'm now running full scans with both.

EDIT 2:Okay, I've scanned lots of times and thankfully they don't seem to be finding anything. All of the weird symptoms seem to be gone. Here is an updated Hijackthis log:
