Pentesting machine - dual boot

I'm still a novice. So I assume that I may have inadvertently come across something malicious at some point. Here is my report from HJT.

I cant see anything sus myself. but if you have virtualbox, why are you dual booting...?

To be honest, the performance of the VMs is really lacking from my experience. But I really use Windows for games, mainly. And I do enjoy both OS booting from hardware. They are Also on separate Hard Drives.

Afaik, a savvy hacker could move across drives, which is why I was somewhat suspicious of a breach.

Regarding the logs, is there anything I need to do with checking boxes or using the fix selected button?
