Anime on T-Mobile

So I recently switched to tmobile and I like videos of all kinds and the majority work. However when I go to watch anime on any site and it won't load. I've left it for hours to see if it would load but nothing.the site will load fine but just not the video. I'm disappointed but my question is: is it just me or my device or is it the network.

Are these through specific apps or just through browser websites?

Do they load on wifi, but not on mobile data?
