Realtime Natural Language Network Query Tool

I came across a software product awhile ago that let you query network information using natural English sentences. For example, you could type "What systems have Java 7 and Adobe Reader X installed?" or "Which systems are running Windows XP?"

I forgot the name of the product, but I remember it was something like "Teredo" or "Tendo."

Does anyone happen to know what tool this is and, if not, where I could find something similar?

Thanks for the help. Unfortuntely, those programs aren't the ones I'm looking for. Any ideas on how I could find this? I found it via Google last time about 2 months ago, so I know it's just a search away. I've tried everything though
