Default Projection Mapping and its specialities

I know everyone is worried due to this COVID -19. But what to do, work needs to go on. The business is down and the entire scenario seems to be dreadful. I work in an event management company and we have only one more event in our hands. That one seems to be grand. We had many plans including incorporating the technology of 3D projection mapping. Even we contacted a projection mapping company in Toronto. Discussions are in progress.

But now I feel like dropping that idea. As its COVID-19 I think that will be better to keep it simple. Has anyone tried projection mapping earlier? Is it troublesome? Share your feedback and suggestions
