Intel releases third-gen data center SSD, slashes price by 40% - Computerworld

Came across this on reddit, and I am still searching for the price. 40% price cut per GB, and its 2x faster. Cool!

That's pretty cool, hopefully those price reductions and performance enhancements come to the consumer SSDs as well. I don't think many of us run enterprise SSDs.

mid 2012 - 300GB 6G SAS 15K RPM 2.5 IN for 643 a piece.
