You can keep a record of your calls, emails chats and calls. It also contains an alert bell with sounds that allow you to listen for alerts when a chat agent is available. I used this chat tool for my practice site during website training and I absolutely enjoyed the many features that are offered with this tool. It is easy to use and set up.
