For those out of the loop - EmDrive (impossible drive) is a new type of engine, theorized over a decade ago, that uses electricity and pressurized microwave radiation to thrust a spacecraft. The engines does not require any propulsion matter fuel to be used as a propellant. Its still in its early stages but as of October there is news:
October IAC14 presentation - These data sets resulted from thrust measurements on 7 different thrusters, by 4 independent organisations, in 3 different countries.

The .pdf above shows a graph of speeds and distances traveled for an interstellar probe.. and its very fast. Using 500Mhz engine, LN2 cooled, payload and craft mass sum at 1,000kg the probe can travel at the terminal velocity of 204,000 km/s.
At that speed you could travel 4 light years in about 10 years - The closest star to earth is Alpha Centuri and its almost 5 lights years away.
Thats crazy.
