Automated text to video

Hi,

I'm new to this site but what I'm looking for is information on or contact with companies/startups/tech-wizards who know of anyone who offers automated text-to-video in a similar vein as Wibbitz and Gui.de. I know this is a relatively new technology and searching online I am having little luck finding anyone other than them (and some suspiciously vague patent from Intellectual Ventures and Bill Gates) who offer a similar service. Also any information on how the technology works would be awesome.

I may be asking too much but any help would be cool and much appreciated.
