Windows is betraying me (see inside)

Since I reinstalled Windows 7 on my system, I have not won a single game of Solitaire. Especially after 23 games. Then this comes up:

Can't move one card, I go through the deck, nothing to move, so the game says game over.

Another reason I should move to Linux? I think so...

Haaaaaa... I always raged when it flat out told me there's no more moves... almost as if I wanted to keep going to prove the computer that it shalt not beat a human at solitaire!
