Help with Invision Power Boards

Hey people.A friend and I have set up an Invision board for ourselves,but can't seem to view any categories or boards we create.
Does anyone know anything about this type of forum,and what we're doing wrong?

You need to make sure that you set up parent cagegories and then make sure that you load the sub categories...ie

Something
----Sometihngafklf
----lkjflsdjfldskjfdsf

Something Else
----lsdfjldskjfdlsf
----lsdjflkdsjflksdjf

If that doesn't work you may wanna try looking at your MySQL database and look in (i think) ibf_categories and see if they are in there...

My friend got it figured out apparently.I don't have a MySQL database since we only got the free version to look at it.
All's good and everything seems to work so far.
