Hello

I can´t have access with a url, i´ve tried with two different browsers, reinstalled firewalls...anything work so far.

i´m sure that the site is up and working.

i dont have the same problem with the rest of the sites.

any tip will be appreciated.

thanks in advance.

Are you able to ping the website?

If not, can you access the site via it's IP? You can find the site's IP from the ping command as well.

Sorry, should have been more specific.

If you type in site's IP "83.220.141.243" in your browser, can you get to it via that?

If you can get to the website with the IP and not the website's name then you have a DNS problem.

Try to change your DNS to 8.8.8.8 and the secondary 8.8.4.4 and then see if the website name works.

8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 are googles name servers
