hi guys,
need your help desperately.
I have a very small network of
40 pc's (xp) and one server (win 2k3),
3 network printers (all hp),
symantec corporate edition is installed on the server and clients,
All the clients print to all this 3 network printers.
Since last few days I am facing problem with one printer.
After someone gives a print command this printer prints properly and then prints 3 more pages which someone else has printer before and still shows processing job on the printer screen. After that no one can print. I have to restart the printer and then again same thing happens.
Once I disable the pc from the network, which has printed this 3 pages before, then it works fine, but no virus is found. After couple of days same thing happens with some other pc.
I have update the antivirus and also run online scanning, but still the same. I am unable to figure out which virus is this.
Can anyone please help me out.
