What do they say when you right click -> Properties ?

When I right click the extension Adguard Adblocker I don't see properties...

I was talking about the post with the screenshot that you deleted.

I looked it up online and I found a way to look at the publisher of the program. Although they weren't named what they were, one was a malware-bytes program that still is there even though I deleted it. Here's another screenshot:

I've deleted all the original Programs for the "Programs" though (For example i've deleted Malwarebytes but it still has the "Program" opening at startup) , but they are still running. I can't seem to delete them either...

As long as none of them were malware related, they're fine.

So are you still getting pop ups?

Sounds to me that you have (accidently) installed an Edge extension. Best to check which extensions you have installed and remove anything that doesnt look familiar.
