Pr0n Sites in Profiles

I noticed that there is quite a few "members" that have zero posts but have websites in their profile. These websites seem to be mostly pr0n or other advertising.

Maybe the ability to have a wesite in your profile should be a priviledge that members can have when they have a certain amount of posts.


Edit: Also, speaking of zero-post members. Maybe there should be an expiry of new member account if they do not post within a certain amount of time after they join. I dont know how strapped the Tech-Forums server is for space, but that might save some.

I totally agree with the expiry date and maybe you could try add a filter in your signature banning words/links etc

One forum I post n has a sixty day policy, but computer problems can be sporadic.

How about six months? Maybe a year?

I agree, some of the "members" joined in 2002 and still have zero posts.

Thats a good idea. I think 3 months would be reasonable. Some people might get in trouble and end up in jail.. Or in the hospital.
