Default I can not vote in my own poll

i just created the following poll
http://www.techist.com/forums/f9/do-...d-eula-139352/

However I can not vote in it. When I try to vote, it gives me the following error message.

Harper, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
It this another bug? Or did mods restrict my access outside the OT section of TF?

There is a bug with the polls. when you go to vote, it redirects you to a completely different thread.

The one you posted is trying to redirect to a thread in the mod's forum (hence the "permission" page)
