Future Technology Section?

Is there a future technology section on this forum, if not would you be willing to do one?

At this present point in time and tech, most discussions of such would fall into the Off Topic forum. OT has a minimum post requirement of 40, but it doesn't take long at all to get there once you start helping others out.
