The console client says completed 2500 out of 250000 steps. I'm assuming the steps means frames? Sorry, I've never used the console client before.

Yes they are basically frames... For excample in the GUI version, a 3040 supervillin is 5000 frames but in the console its 5,000,000 steps.

EDIT: If you are seeing "steps completed", you are probably using the GUI client... What I posted is from the CONSOLE client. It runs in an MS-DOS command prompt window. For each type of the F@H program uses a different client. Some you have the choice of the GUI client (The graphical one that shows the protien molecules), and the Console client that is text only... I prefer the console, as it is more stable, and has given me more reliable results. /EDIT
