Avatar????

How many posts do we have to have to use a custom avatar? I've tried several times to upload and link-to-url to use a custom avatar. I made it the right siz (80x80 pixels). Whats up? Can someone enlighten me?

Make sure that you click Browse and select the file first or place the URL in first....then click the Custom Avitar radio button and then Save Changes.
