Would ISPs block social media, YouTube, and online shopping without net neutrality?

So what about P2P File Sharing and the IPA of the U.K . For instance if the Police and various Police districts in the U.K decided to look at the Internet traffic of users in various geographical areas say England; the ISP's would find out, and thus the Government.

By then its public and the Copy Rite holders would kick off. This has happened and is happening now such as the blitz on torrenting what was actively banned by ISPs; such as KA and Mini Nova and the Pirate Bay.

The sites were shut down and the **** hit the fan. Thus since some have sprung back up but the point of what I'm saying and the OP I think is they can pretty much do what they want to an extent if it means loosing or making more money. Ultimately we are talking about the Governments keeping power. NN will incorporate blocking and prioritizing of internet traffic if that means an ISP can make more money threw more custom and Governments keeping power.

That's lack of NN - NN stated no prioritization can occur.

NN will be gotten rid of soon in the US anyway, with the new FCC chairman appointed who used to be a VZW lawyer and has stated several times he intends to get rid of NN.
