Server below $50 per month possible?

I have a question. Is that ok when company like hostround.com, hostingsource.com or ovh.net offer dedicated servers below $50 per month?
Can I trust such companies?

You can have a look at kvchosting.net. They must have some really cheap deals.

OVH.com is one of the better providers.
Kimsufi and SoYouStart are also ran by OVH -- They offer really nice deals on older hardware. Way below $50 depending on what you're looking for
