Default I can't port forward at all

I've been trying to port forward those ports 7777, 27015 and 15000 for about a solid week, but even i research a lot and tried a lot of things i dont know what should i do, buy a new router or modem just to test, or just give up, anyway, if anyone can give me a hand i would be glady.

I use a TP-Link WR720N and a cheap modem that my ISP provide to the costumers, thanks for you time.
And for who is wondering i've been trying to run a dedicated server for a game.
