which eBook creation platform is the best?

Hello,

I'm about to make an ebook and need help to identify the best ebook creation platform. up till now I've seen these two platforms

pressbook.com
leanpub.com

but i don't know if either of them is to be a good selection. so, I need help to know if one of them is good enough or there are better choices out there.
