wifi signal is strong but connection sucks

im using WNR1000 v2 wifi router t work and it was working great everywhere in the shop for long time but then suddenly I stopped getting connection on all my devices at a certain spot

when I look at the wifi signal with wifi analyzer app my wifi shows the strongest signal but its a business park so there ar eabout 25 other wifi networks for all kinds of different things

which were there always

I went and got another same exact router and it is having same issue
updated firmware also

tried all my devices and they all have same issue

its connected to internet and wifi but it barely loads any pages most of the time it doesn't load at all

Changed the wireless channel? Is this on 2.4GHz or 5Ghz SSID?

its 2.4 only
but its set to auto assign channel
theres no free channel that has less than others there are a lot of them

can anything interfere with wifi signal?

Every channel is crowded? Sounds you should upgrade to 5GHz gear so you can break out a bit to a less crowded channel.

Plenty on the 2.4GHz spectrum. Cordless phones, microwaves (the biggest perpetrator), and anything else that runs in/bleeds into the 2.4Ghz spectrum.
