Weird LGE phone randomly appeared...

Uhh.. I was bored, clicked "network" in the explorer... At the bottom I saw a phone tab, I don't recognize that model number or anything... Another just appeared. Did someone get into my family's wifi??? I checked the router page, nothin... WHAT???

not even a minute later, another showed up..WHAT

there are NO LG phones on our Wi-Fi...

They will be on your network (internal) if they are showing there... does someone in your family have LG or next door? siblings partners?
 
Not at all. The only LG phone in the household is an old LG Optimus. Again, I didn't recognize the model number... I'm thinking that my laptop just detected them (like a proximity type of thing). It tells me the MAC, but no IP..
 
That might be Windows 10 sharing your network for you

That's not how that works. Only if you have them as Outlook, Skype, or FB friends and they're within range. And you grant permission on your FB account.

It's enabled by default.

Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi > Manage Wi-Fi Settings -> Wifi Sense

I just turned that off, as I don't want that... Still see the phone tho..
It MIGHT me someone nextdoor (there is a 4 family house nextdoor), someone might be close to me or somethin...
