SNMP Software

Hi there
I have a Router which has the SNMP support I am sure for that. Is there any links for the SNMP softwares from where I can download SNMP Related software.
Actually there are five LAN Clients to this Router and I want to know using SNMP that which user client is using how much bandwidth and I can restrict him to a fixed amount of bandwidth using SNMP software. Which I think is possible with this SNMP

So Please if any one have any Idea and links for snmp soft, I will really appreciate his/her help

Look at Lan will show you all SNMP infomation. However it lacks in alot of area's.
