Default Replacing COAX-cable with UTP-cable (Ethernet)

I've had a COAX cable from my room to the first floor but I have actually never really used it.

I'd want to replace this cable with a UTP cable so that I have fast internet in my room. (Ethernet)

Who could replace this for me? What kinda business or handyman could do this?

(English is not my native language, please dont blame me )

Thanks in advance!
