Port Mapping? UDP?

Hello,

I have been trying to get some files from utorrent and all i have had have been problems...

It says at the bottom of the screen;
"No Incoming connections"

Basically its saying that noone can access my computer (i guess)

Then i found that it had something to do with my ports, now when i change em, i still have the same problem, little or no connectivity.

Check your firewalls, security applications. Some ISP will block torrents, so watch out for that.

if my isp is blocking torrents.. is their any way i can get around that

Ive turned off all firewalls (i have 2)
