i'll assume this is DSL since it's bell
reset your modem - with a paper clip and that liiiiiiittle tiny hole
this should put it into "bridge" mode, as it does with ours at work and the many i've reset
in your router you need to set up a PPPoE connection with a username and password. This will have the router do the authentication and just pass it through the modem.
