i need help with my port forwarding

so i have a problem,
i have a HG658c Router and i can't get my port mapping to work and i have no idea what i am doing wrong.
i have tried doing it without DMZ/ with DMZ /just one DMZ

I have to ask the obvious questions:

1) Does your server have its IP statically set to 10.0.0.52? If it's on DHCP then the IP could have changed.

2) Is the service up, and is it listening on the specified ports? One way to test this is to use another device on your LAN and try to telnet to 10.0.0.52 (or whatever the IP is) over the specified port. In a Windows CMD prompt it would be:

telnet 10.0.0.52 21025

If the window goes blank and then you see either a flashing cursor or gibberish then it's working. If you see a message like "Connecting to 10.0.0.52...Could not open connection" then it's not working. If it's not working then the problem is the server and not necessarily the port forwarding - make sure the service is up and that you've got the right port numbers. Note that this only works for TCP ports.
