I have two Apple AirPort Extreme Base Stations that run 10 devices in my home and studio. I had a Mediacom Router and a Netgear modem for years. It was not able to provide the coverage needed. I switched to Apple in 2014. Now I have a latency and speed . Also a Cache issue.
Mediacom can increase speed from 100mpbs to 1GB. However, I need to use their router and modem.
Can I use Apple AirPort Extreme as an extension with a non Apple product.
I have Macbook (Which I replaced with a Dell XPS 15), iphoneX , Apple TV and iPad.
I am confused. Do I keep Apple or sell them all and move to Microsoft?
