2 potentially faulty hardwares how do i find which one?

I have a netgear modem/router combo c3700 N600
2.4g 5g dual

and UB8500 LG 4k smart tv

its been working ok since it was warranty replaced first time
first modem had same issues.

after about 6 months it started dropping connection like crazy

eventually was replaced.

this modem was ok
suddenly my tv would drop the connection all the time last month

it happened before but not as often

modem is connected to PC and cellphones wifi
works with no problems Pandora streaming all the time without interruptions

few days ago 5g wifi suddenly disconnected from everything.

the tv shows its connected to wifi network 5G
but Netflix shows its connected to router but not to the internet and shows that it cannot reach any of Netflix servers

router does not show the TV connected to it in attached devices
it was working good for a while with only rare connection drops that were fixed by restarting the tv or Netflix or router.
 
seems like the 5g side of the router stopped working.

strange. its not connecting to the internet on all devices but shows connected to the router
