Hello everybody! I'm a new register to the forums, but I've visited the site and searched threads in the past. I am currently an E9-1-1 Systems Technician, responsible for the upkeep of an Intrado and Power9-1-1 based system handled through VIPER and AT&T along with NICE recording software. Very new to the job, but learning quickly. Prior to this, I was a Geek Squad agent for 8 years and before that was a 9-1-1 dispatcher. I look forward to trying to be useful in here!

Thank you everybody! I can't believe that I was there for 8 years. I'm staying on part-time for right now. Not long ago we hired Agent 100,000. When I came in, I was 10,256. It's definitely crazy!
