I don't really see a question but I will say I do know little. I have a lot of experience with Banks. Debt, Credit Cards, and also third party creditors.
In the UK being from England walcott you will probability know you can reverse a DD (Direct Debit) and thus have the Funds refunded before the end of Business that working Day. The Banks are utter S*** and quite frankly I despise them and their Fat Cat Wallets. Their greed and their utter Crap they come out with on the end of the phone when you have an inquiry to make is half the time they fob you off.
Like I say I don't really see a question but I have rang the bank many times on many occasions and been told the same thing when I know they can help but in some cases for example I can't remember the name of the Department and they fob you off. I have had the Bank In particular put the Phone down many times on myself for kicking rite off.
Secure Payments tho on the other hand, if you authorize a Payment from your Account, then those funds being ear marked for leave will be in the hands of the Recipient to give you a refund if they deem it fit. I hate it quite frankly. I'm Paranoid by nature with various health conditions, and no one will go out their way to help anyone in this day in age. If you have Money and you Authorize a Payment, quite frankly its gone. You have to be so careful with who you give your Card Details out to. I still get Phone Calls this day and Texts asking me from two years ago to take out Pay Day Loans. Cash Door Set Loans. I simply put the Phone down on them, If its Private I don't answer. When I applied for one Payday Loan a few of years ago I had over 60 Texts in two days.
