Default What Gaming PC to buy

Does anyone know what sort of a gaming PC i would need to buy in order play large open world rpg Games such as skyrim or dark souls. Im not too sure about what specifications I would need all i know is that i wanna be able to play these games and to probably download some mods as well. My budget is up to 1000 at the moment.

Older ones like Skyrim & Dark Souls? Or newer ones as well, such as GTAV, Witcher 3, etc.?

If you are really looking for a gaming PC, then it's better to build your gaming PC which will cost you far less as it is very hard to find a gaming PC within the budget of $1000.
Also, all the components you will be using will be of certain specifications as required to you.
You can build a gaming PC under $400 and use the rest of the money for buying a better Keyboard and mouse as per you want.
