360-degree video creation

I am trying to figure out if I can create a 360-video or something similiar to google street-view. I've been making some rather great looking maps for Halo 5 and I want to release one with a 360-degree tour. I have a lot of capture equipment but I don't know where to start with getting it 3d.

I was wondering if anyone has seen any software that may be reared toward real estate for creating a virtual tour of a house? Maybe I can repurpose it to use it for this.

Not sure I quite get it tbh, normal screen recording won't do? With google street view you still have to click the rotate button to see the other side of the street etc, sounds like like your standard cam in any game map to me?
