Default Pre-installed VM's

Does anyone know where to get preloaded VMs There is a specific OS that I need and am have trouble installing so I figured I would just get a preinstalled VM but cannot find any downloads.

What are your requirements? you can look at OVA's but be careful they are loaded with malware.

Id say its best to understand why you cant install it, and we can help you here.

Let's just say I can't specify the OS because of the forum rules Can you include a link? I am not worried about the malware because I won't be connecting this to the internet.
My specs are
i5
8gb ram
500gb WD blue

huh? are you talking about Kali or similar? you can sure say it here, its for educational purposes.

I was talking about hopefully El Capitan or something like that.
