Hi!
I have JBL Creature II sound system.
Where can I find the maximal recommended bass, treble and general volume levels which harmless for speakers. It's because I heard that amplifier still has to give more than speaker transducers can take.

Are you talking about leaving all the knobs in the middle state or just setting them to minimal.

Yeah, but I cannot set it properly sounds at 100% anyway. I found it's cool for my friends, but still isn't nice for me. It's rolling between hard bass and higher than needed treble, between too low/high treble/bass and I cannot find speakers/ears friendly settings.

in the middle. ideally you want unaltered sound. however most americans like distorted sounds that will lead to ear fatigue

The problem is that in middle state I got hadache from too much treble, that's it. Is it normal?

For example:
I'm setting the knobs to middle state.
Now to get normal sound without too much treble I need to put winamp's qualizer to "Full Bass" state.
