I found this site with alot of free tutorials on these and a lot more the site is www.w3schools.com its free as long as you don't take their exam. But all the quizes and tutorials are free and their prety good they they teach

HTML Tutorials: HTML, XHTML, CSS, TCP/IP,

XML Tutorials: XML, XSL, XSLT, XSL-FO, XPath, XQuery, DTD, Schema, XML DOM, XForms, SOAP, WSDL, RDF, WAP

Browser Scripting: JavaScript, DHTML, VBScript, HTML DOM, WMLScript

Server Scripting: SQL, ASP, ADO, PHP

So go over and check it out
