OCing 2600k cant reach 4.5ghz

Well yes it's not exactly bang/buck as there's no need to spend a lot on cooling for SB, pretty much anything other than stock will get you the clocks you need...but it's certainly not causing his problems if his temps are at 50C load.
 
Cooling is the 1st thing I'm going to ask about when overclocking. I want to know what is being used and what kind of performance it is presently delivering. I am not going to blindly try to help someone. I want to make sure that when I'm done they should have a stable, healthy overclock. If they don't want to play by my rules then they can always wait for someone else to help them.
