Heres an idea, how about you unscrew the pci bracket from the card itself, If I remember correctly it should only be held on by a couple screws.

The put it in the pci-e slot and support it and power it up, if it works your card is good, if it doesn't there ya go.

Not a problem, I've used that trick before to do some stealthed wireless cards.

You just turn the antenna brackets around backwards, and then replace the standard pci bracket with a blank one.

Anywho, let me know how that works.

UPDATE:

ok so i took off that metal plate thing aspire suggested. It worked! I got it in n my 2 PCI-E 6pin connectors in one non-modular could barely reach the card, which is good because it secures the card up n from slipping out.

ill keep it this way until i figure out something else. Thx for the help aspire!
