lol good luck trying to build a pc under 100$ and ebay = scam. i won the bid for a sony digital cam for 55$ and when i got it in the mail, the damn thing doesnt even take pictures properly, so i sold it to a clan mate for 200$ and never talked to him since then.

if you are going to pay full price for a mobo and cpu(retail with heatsink and fan) it should cost around 300 depending how good the mobo and cpu is
