Quick Question

When you build a PC and start it up, do you put the OS cd in the CD Rom on startup to install it??

I believe you have to go into your bios to boot from cd-rom.

first i turned on the computer, once a set the bios i turned it off then put the cd in, and restarted and installed the os

how do you set the BIOs?

well once you turn it on, it would say press delete to go into bios or like F1 to continue, you can eithe rpress F1 and insert the cd, or press delete, and set the bios times and date stuff like that, maybe if you turn on the computer you can follow the on screen directions
