Whats bad about the via chipset?

Keep in mind that I will be running a Athlon 64 3200+ Venice on this and plan to overclock it to 2.6.

How does the chipset affect the computer? I'm liking the ABIT because it is a mobo planned for OC'ing, which I will be doing.
