Just posting my new rig - carbide 275r build rgb

How much of a pain is flipping the GPU like that? I can imagine that you have somehow wired the rear ports?

I have been messing with some vertical GPU bracket/cables myself but haven't had much luck. My card fits and the brackets mount but I can't get any video signal. It looks like the front end of the connector isn't seating as deep as the back so maybe the PowerColor 5700 XT just won't work with them. I have tried the Cooler Master one and am now working with a Phanteks version... no dice with either. I am very disappointed.

I assume you've tried just the riser cable without the bracket? (not sure if it will come apart or not) Middle boy with the 5700XT has the same Phanteks bracket and his is working from what he told me. But he does have an older mobo. A 7600K w/ ASRock Z170

It's PCI-E 4 that's the problem. Z170 is PCI-E 3.
