were they pins in the cpu socket, or where they pins that the case plugs into? Tell us, don't be coy.

Socket pins. Sorry, I thought I wrote that the socket pins were broken in my first post.

I'm betting that the broken pins shorted out/damaged the Memory Controller. And the Memory Controller is built into the cpu so your going to need a new cpu.

Should I rma with intel? Is damage like that covered?

I would skip telling them about the pins and just tell them you've replaced the mobo and ram and it still doesn't work. For all we know the Memory Controller might of been faulty to start with.
