Convince me to get a PS3

Well, I'm doing research on home theator and I want a blu-ray player and I've read that PS3 actually has one of the best blu-ray players. I know it's a media device as well, BUT I already have a xbox 360 and I plan to build my desktop to do some gaming and multi-media as well.

I mostly play RTS, role-playing, and some shooter games. Besides out-standing blu ray, what does a PS3 offer that is exclusive? Would I be missing much if I just got a stand alone blu ray player?

It's pretty much a multi media player. You can sync up music, movies, and pics from your computer to your PS3 wirelessly. It has free online play, but doesn't have the greatest friends system. And has good exclusives..ie. Final Fantasy, Metal Gear Solid, Gran Turismo. I'll be getting one soon, mostly because my friends have PS3's as well.
