How well will this computer play the current games and how long will it be viable for?

that PSU that comes with your case is... almost carp IMHO 22 AMPS on 12V...
if I am not mistaken, your CPU / RAM / GPU all rides on the 12V rail
plus... its a raidmax :p
newegg/search antec earthwatts

should think about getting an SATA optical for better wire management
better airflow = lower temp on parts = longer life

Look at my sig, I got a much better comp, with the same money.

That comps looks good, But I believe it can get better.

If you want Intel, get Maroon's build...

If not consider following suggestons:
- Get the 5000+ BE instead
- 570 ultra is outdated, Ricanflow has that board and is quite mad now that there are so many Dual-Video card setups that you can get and that has only 1 PCI-e Slot...
get a 790x Board instead or a 780g one
- Good RAM, specs are Meh, but these are better:
Newegg.com - G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory
(if you have budget room)
- I can tell you see you are using a Raidmax PSU that is integrated.. Not recommended.. check out an Antec 430w
- Newegg.com - EVGA 512-P3-N801-AR GeForce 8800 GT 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards (check that out if you have budget room)

Instead of the gpu that vernon recommended. Get this one instead, it ends up being the same price as your 9600gt and MUCH better witht he dual slot cooling.

Newegg.com - EVGA 512-P3-N800-TR GeForce 8800 GT 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

eVGA GeForce 8800GT 512MB PCI Express Video Card with dual slot cooling for $150 - $20 coupon VGA72320 - $20 rebate = $110 with free shipping.

Make sure you take advantage of the coupon and MIR, otherwise it's not a good deal.
But with the coupon, MIR, and free shipping it comes out almost cheaper then your 9600gt I think, and once again, much better.

If you have $160, pick yourself up a nice 4850. You can find them for $155, or so after MIR on newegg.

Ya plus 8800gt's do run warm, and that Akimbo cooler helps a ton, nice find.. why didn't Newegg email me a Newsletter?!
