Please follow this guide before posting a Hijackthis2.0 if possible. It's a Microsoft Office Word Document, only 46KB and hosted on my server so it should always be available and updated.

HJ2 has been out for a long time. Also, can you make the guide in other formats like PDF or HTML here?

HijackThis! doesn't need to use a Key, its a Freeware
