before I buy. The reason I'm asking is because of the timings. Is 2-3-2-5 on the first one better than 2.5-3-3-6 on the second one?

its like 15x better and 40$ cheaper than that ancient ocz stuff XD

but to answer your question I guess, the timings with that little of a difference shouldnt make any difference. go with the cheaper ones. if you really want ddr pc3200 :S

meeh, you can make the ddr2 fit might as well cram a core 2 quad in there while you're at it.

Instead of going with the cheaper one (Crucial's), I'd get the one that is actually compatible with your computer. Your call though.
